Hi, I’m David – the heart and driving force behind Vitala Fit.


With 21 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of people – helping them achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and transform their lives.

My expertise is especially strong in working with new mums and those on a general weight loss and fitness journey. I understand how hard it can be to find balance – not just because of my years as a trainer, but because I live it too. As a dad of three, I know the realities of juggling family, work, and personal health.

At Vitala Fit, I take a personalised, supportive, and results-driven approach – tailoring every session to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you train in my private home studio or in the comfort of your own home, you’ll receive expert guidance, motivation, and a plan that’s both effective and realistic.

Our fully equipped private studio in Tapping offers a focused, motivating space where you can switch off from everyday distractions. With the latest gear, a comfortable setting, and one-on-one attention, it’s the perfect place to work towards your fitness goals.

Understanding Your Needs

We begin with a friendly, no-pressure consultation to learn about your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. This is where we discuss your fitness history, health considerations, and what you want to achieve – whether that’s weight loss, strength building, or postnatal recovery. We’ll also outline the best training option for you: in-home or at our Tapping studio.

Training Sessions

Personalized Workouts

Your personalised training program is built around your goals, fitness level, and schedule. Every session is one-on-one, with exercises selected to suit your body and progress. We focus on correct technique, variety to keep things interesting, and steady progression so you feel stronger and more confident each week. All sessions are 45 minutes in length.

Progress Tracking

Monitoring Your Results

We measure your progress regularly – not just in numbers, but in how you feel, move, and look. From body composition checks and strength tests to tracking energy levels and lifestyle improvements, we make sure you’re on track and celebrating wins along the way.
