Where do you train me?

We either travel to your home and train you at your place, whether that's outside or in your garage, we can make any space work.

I’ve just had a baby – when can I start training?

For most women, gentle exercise can start after your 6-week postnatal check-up (or 8 weeks if you’ve had a C-section), with your doctor’s clearance. Our programs are tailored to your recovery stage and focus on safe, gradual rebuilding of strength

What Equipment do I need?

None, we bring all our own equipment, and if you are training at our home studio, everything is provided. 

What times and days doing you train?

Our sessions are available Monday to Friday, between 6am and 630pm

 

​​I have a new baby, how do I train?

Many of our clients are new mums, so you can train at home, or if you want o bring baby, we have a hexagon play pen, we can setup in our studio gym if you like. 

Do you train couples?

Yes, absolutely. We also train friend groups or other organised small groups. 

How many sessions per week should I do?

We suggest a minimum of 2 sessions per week, depending on your goals and timeline. Most clients do anywhere from 1 to 3 per week.
